DAY 01:

On the first day of the Amritsar Tour Package, your itinerary starts by boarding Shatabdi train from New Delhi Railway Station at 7:20am. Tea and breakfast will be served on the train. Train will reach Amritsar around 1:30pm. Thereafter, you will proceed to your hotel. All the check-in procedures will be done by the management team. Stay in your hotel till evening. In the evening, our team will take you to the India-Pakistan Border which is called Wagah Border. The Retreat ceremony is quite famous between Indian and Pakistani soldiers/guards. All the flag hoisting and lowering activities are performed by the guards. They greet one another with great pride and enthusiasm. You can enjoy that glimpse of the retreat ceremony with your dear ones. After that, you can return to your hotel, stay overnight and prepare yourself for the next morning.

In a nutshell, this trip will cost you just two days, you can easily visit Amritsar in a weekend.

DAY 02:

Second day of this Amritsar Tour package is a very important and religious day since you start your day by paying obeisance to the Golden Temple. Take the blessings of God and pray for your life. Then have “langar” in the eatery area of the Golden Temple. After that, you can visit the historical and significant place of India i.e Jallianwala Bagh. As you all know, millions of people were massacred by the British General in the year 1919, since then this place has a great significance in the history of mankind. After that, you can proceed to Maharaja Ranjit Singh Museum which is located near Company Bagh of Amritsar. Want to see the sikh heritage and culture then you should visit the museum if you are visiting Amritsar. Various kinds of manuscripts, armours, weapons, symbols are placed with great care for the tourists in this museum. And moreover, in the evening, you can do some shopping from the renowned bazaars like Katra Jaimal Singh, Lawrence Road, etc. Don’t forget to visit Durgiana Temple. It resembles the Golden Temple. Lastly, you can board your train to Delhi. It’s up to you if you want to stay in Amritsar for the rest of the day and move in the morning. So far so good, this trip will refresh your mind, body and soul.
